Before being added to our vendor list, please confirm you can accommodate these 3 items:

  • Procedures


  • All employees must provide proof of worker’s comp insurance. If you have no employees, no problem, just let us know and be sure you sign a statement to that effect.
  • Provide proof of liability insurance.
  • If the type of services you provide require a contractor’s license you must provide a copy of your license.
  • W-9 form for tax reporting (required by the IRS)


  • Only provide services you are qualified for and licensed to perform
  • Prices should reflect our normal based prices and match our past experiences.
  • Provide services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be respectful to tenants, owners, and company representatives.
  • Communicate the status of services throughout the milestones of each project.
  • Provide invoices that are professional and include all details of service and project.


  • Your services will be frequently inspected for quality.
  • Tenants will be surveyed for their satisfaction of your work.
