Thank you for your interest in partnering with RHB Property Management to provide maintenance services for our properties.

Before being added to our approved vendor list, we ask that you review the following guidelines, which are divided into three sections: requirements, expectations, and procedures.

Vendor Requirements:

  • Insurance Coverage: If your business has employees, proof of workers' compensation insurance is required. Sole proprietors with no employees must provide a signed statement to that effect.
  • Liability Insurance: You must submit proof of general liability insurance.
  • Licensing: If your work requires a contractor’s license, you must provide a valid copy of your license.
  • W-9 Form: A completed IRS W-9 form is needed for tax reporting purposes.

Quality Control:

  • Service Reviews: We regularly inspect the services you provide to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Feedback: We frequently survey tenants and homeowners to gauge their satisfaction with the work performed.

Vendor Expectations:

  • Expertise and Professionalism: Only offer services that align with your qualifications and licensing. We expect all work to be done to a high standard of professionalism.
  • Competitive Pricing: Your charges should align with industry standards and the rates RHB Property Management has found reasonable in past projects.
  • Prompt Service: Timely completion of work is a priority. Please ensure that agreed timelines are met.
  • Respectful Conduct: Maintain courteous communication with tenants, property owners, and RHB team members.
  • Clear Communication: Keep us updated on the progress of work, and inform us of any delays or issues as soon as they arise.
  • Detailed Billing: Submit invoices that are clear, detailed, and professionally formatted.

I have been residing in my condo for years and I have never had any bad experiences with this fantastic company! From my recollection, my credit history was good, but not the best, when I applied for this unit and I was approved and my application was accepted. The whole experience in dealing with the staff at their offices has been nothing short of pleasant each and every time. The best thing I love about this Agency is when I was experiencing some financial 'bumps' in paying my rent awhile back, they were more than understanding and accommodating to my situation--which I will be eternally grateful for!
