Excellent company. I recently met with Ron to have RHB PM manage my apartments, he put me in contact with Debbie as my direct contact which has been great. I have been residing in my condo for years and I have never had any bad experiences with this fantastic company! From my recollection, my credit history was good, but not the best, when I applied for this unit and I was approved and my application was accepted. The whole experience in dealing with the staff at their offices has been nothing short of pleasant each and every time. The best thing I love about this Agency is when I was experiencing some financial 'bumps' in paying my rent awhile back, they were more than understanding and accommodating to my situation--which I will be eternally grateful for!
