I have been residing in my condo for years and I have never had any bad experiences with this fantastic company! From my recollection, my credit history was good, but not the best, when I applied for this unit and I was approved and my application was accepted. The whole experience in dealing with the staff at their offices has been nothing short of pleasant each and every time. The best thing I love about this Agency is when I was experiencing some financial 'bumps' in paying my rent awhile back, they were more than understanding and accommodating to my situation--which I will be eternally grateful for!
RHB PM has been a real life saver! It was time for my mother to go into assisted living but we didn't want to sell her home. Dona, Margie, and Bruce have been wonderful to work with, they arranged for the needed repairs and renovations to get the home ready to rent. They have kept it rented with responsible tenants and made sure the property is maintained. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
